People coming together can change the world.Climate change has brought on a lot of misfortune, such as poverty, famine, drought, glacial retreat and even land erosion. Those affected live in the poorest countries, like Bangladesh, Bolivia and Uganda.

We won't stop climate change without significant individual and collective action, but it is worth
remembering that taking action is not just about changing our own lives.
